Where to find your ChecKmate games code
Every active ChecKmate POS subscription includes a games code that unlocks premium perks in the ChecKmate game apps — unlimited cookies in ChecKmate Restaurant is a common example. Here is exactly where to find it in two minutes.
1. Open Settings. From your dashboard, go to Settings → Financial → Billing.
2. Scroll to the end of the Billing page. Below the plan cards you will see a highlighted card titled "Your code for ChecKmate games".
3. Copy your code. Your code looks like CM-XXXX-XXXX. Tap Copy code. Your subscription keeps the same code for as long as you are subscribed.
4. Use it in a ChecKmate game. Open ChecKmate Restaurant (or any ChecKmate game), tap "Already have a ChecKmate POS subscription? Enter code here", paste it in.
Who can see it? Only the business owner and admins can read the code; staff accounts do not see it. If you need the code but cannot see it, ask the owner to copy it from their Billing page.
Troubleshooting. No code shown? The code only appears for active, paid subscriptions — free plans do not get one. Code rejected in the game? Check for a stray space at the end when pasting. Lost it? Come back to Billing — the same code is waiting. Codes stay the same.
