What Lite Mode is and when to use it

What it does

A till is often the slowest computer in the shop. With Lite Mode on, while the POS is open this device pauses background work belonging to other parts of ChecKmate - for example figures for the Ingredients and Library pages. Sales, stock, receipts, printing and syncing all work exactly the same, and everything resumes when the cashier leaves the POS.

How to turn it on

Go to Settings > System. Under Lite Mode, choose On - for a slow till.
