How to view stock history and price change history

Step 1: Open Stock History

Open Products and press Stock History. Every product is listed with how much has sold, its ranking and how much is in stock. Search for a product, or press Export CSV.

Step 2: Open a product

Click the product to see each movement: the Type (sell, purchase received, purchase returned and so on), the Quantity Change, the Updated Quantity, the date and time, the Reference No (sale, PO or return number), the employee and the customer or supplier. Use Previous and Next to move between products.

Price change history

Open Products > Inventory > Price Changes to see when product prices changed. Price changes made at the till for one sale are kept on the sale itself.

Good to know

• If stock does not look right, this is the first place to check - every change has a reference.
• Inventory History in the same menu shows movements across all products.
