How to use StoreWatch alerts and the transaction audit

Step 1: Turn it on

Open StoreWatch and switch on StoreWatch data collection. While it is off, no data is fetched.

Step 2: Transaction Audit

The Transaction Audit tab lists each interaction at a register - the time, register, interaction window and the POS transaction it matches - with a link to View CCTV. Filter for incidents such as No transaction, where someone was served but nothing was rung up.

Step 3: Alerts & Insights

See flagged activity and patterns, and adjust the rules in StoreWatch Settings.
