How to use Insights and the Daily Owner Briefing

Business Insights

Open Insights. The Dashboard shows this month's revenue, orders, online and invoice sales, average order value, low stock alerts and cash vs card sales, with AI Product Insights and Smart Business Tips underneath.

The other tabs dig deeper: Sales Trends, Best Selling, Patterns (your peak hours and days), Staff, Profit, Forecast and Holidays.

The Daily Owner Briefing

Open Reports and choose Daily Owner Briefing for a summary of the day. The Daily Sales Email (Settings > Business) sends yesterday's revenue to your admins every morning - add other addresses under Also send to. You can also generate a summary and share it by WhatsApp or email from the Insights tab.
