How to use a coupon, referral or marketplace code at checkout

Coupon codes

With the order in the cart, press Add Discount and open the Coupon tab. Type the code in Enter coupon code and press Apply. The coupon shows under Applied Coupons; remove it with its x.

Referral codes

Select the new customer, press Checkout, and under How did you hear about us? choose the referral option. Enter their Referral Code. A referral code can only be used once, for a customer's first time. Customers who have earned a reward see a Referral Reward Available box at checkout - press Apply.

Marketplace campaign codes

If the customer found you on the ChecKmate Marketplace, choose Checkmate Marketplace under How did you hear about us? and enter the Campaign Code (for example CMMAY25). An unlock token prints on the receipt after the sale.
