How to switch users and lock the POS with a PIN

Lock the till

Press Lock at the top right of the POS. It returns to Select a Register; nobody can sell until a PIN is entered.

Switch user

Click your name in the header and choose Switch User. Pick the register, choose your profile and enter your PIN, then press Continue Session.

Why it matters

Every sale, discount, void and refund is recorded against the person who signed in. Always lock the till when you walk away and never share PINs.
