How to share your public booking link

Step 1: Copy your booking link

Open Appointments. Your Public Booking Link is at the top. Press the copy button to copy it, or the open button to see the page your customers see. If you have connected your own domain, the link uses it.

Link to a single service

On the Services tab, every service has its own link underneath it. Copy that to send customers straight to that service - handy for adverts and messages about one thing.

What customers see

Your booking page shows your logo, your services with their length and price, and lets the customer pick a time, enter their details and book. New bookings appear in your Calendar View.

Where to share it

• Your Instagram or Facebook bio and WhatsApp Business profile.
• Your website and Google Business profile.
• Email signatures and printed flyers (turn it into a QR code).

Services switched off with Visible on Public Booking Page do not show on the page - use that for internal-only bookings.
