How to set up online payments and guest checkout

Step 1: Open store Settings

In Online Store, open the Settings tab.

Step 2: Payment settings

Under Payment Settings, switch on Accept Cash on Delivery and/or Accept Online Payment. Online payment uses the card payment method set up for your business (for example Stripe) in Settings > Financial > Payments.

Step 3: Order settings

Under Order Settings, Allow Guest Checkout lets customers order without creating an account (on by default). Switch on Require Phone Number if you need to call customers, and set a Minimum Order Amount if you have one.

Scroll down to set your order email and WhatsApp notifications, then press Save Settings.

Good to know

• Guest checkout usually means more orders - fewer customers give up at the sign-up step.
• Online orders appear under Orders and on the POS.
