How to set up a loyalty program (points, punch card, store credit)

Step 1: Create a program

In Customers & Invoicing, open Loyalty Program and press Add Program.

Give it a Program Name, a description and a Start Date, and choose the Program Type:

• Points-Based - customers earn points on purchases and redeem them for rewards.
• Punch Card / Visit-Based - a reward after a set number of purchases or visits.
• Store Credit - customers get a percentage of their spend back as store credit.
• Coupon - discount codes customers use at checkout.

Press Create Program.

Step 2: Set the rules

Press Configure Rules, then Configure on the program.

Choose the branch and which products count. Then set how customers earn - for example Buy 1 product, earn 1 point - how many points are needed, and the reward: a Free Product, a Percentage Discount or a Fixed Discount.

For a free product, pick which products they can choose from. Press Save Rule. You can also send coupon codes to customers by WhatsApp or email from Send Coupons.

At the POS

Select the customer on the order and their points build up automatically. To redeem, press Add Discount and use the Points tab (or Cards for punch cards, Coupon for codes).
