How to set delivery zones and fees

Step 1: Open Delivery Zones

In Online Store, open the Delivery tab. Your zones are listed with their branch, fee and estimated time. Press Add Delivery Zone.

Step 2: Fill in the zone

Enter the Zone Name (for example Downtown), choose the Branch - or All branches to make it business-wide - add a description of the area, the Delivery Fee and the Est. Time (minutes). Keep Active on and press Save Zone.

Good to know

• Customers choose their zone at checkout and the fee is added to their order.
• Switch a zone off instead of deleting it if you stop delivering there for a while.
