How to read your store's visit analytics and heatmaps

Website Analytics

Open Studio and choose Analytics (or the Storefront Events & Analytics card in Online Store). Pick the dates at the top. Overview shows live visitors, then visitors, sessions, pageviews, bounce rate, average session, conversions and revenue, with your traffic trend, top pages and traffic sources.

The other tabs

• Heatmaps - where visitors click and how far they scroll on each page.
• Session Replays - watch real visits, to see where people get stuck.
• AI Insights - plain-words suggestions to improve your site.
• Session Report - a summary of sessions.

Good to know

• Times are in your business's time zone.
