How to map shelf and fridge locations and use replenishment alerts

Step 1: Map your floor

Open Store Operations and choose Location Map. Click an empty cell (or press Add Zone) to add a zone. Give it a Zone Name (for example Aisle 1 - Top Shelf), choose the Zone Type - Shelf, Fridge, Freezer, Display, Storage or Endcap - and its size, then press Add Zone.

Step 2: Assign products

Click a zone and press Assign to add the products that live there.

Step 3: Restock the shelves

• Alerts - press Generate Alerts to list shelves that are out of stock, low or holding dead stock. Press Acknowledge once dealt with.
• Shelf Transfers - move stock from storage to the shelf with To Shelf.
• Replenishment - choose a coverage target (1 day, 1 week or 1 month) to see how much of each product to reorder, how many days are left and how urgent it is.
