How to manage marketplace orders, messages and reviews

Orders

In Checkmate Marketplace, open Orders. Each order shows its payment and delivery status, the customer and the items. Filter by payment or delivery. Move an order along with Confirm Order, Mark as Shipped and Mark as Delivered; press View Details to see everything.

Messages

Customers can message you about products and orders. Reply from the Messages tab.

Reviews

Open Reviews, press Respond on a review, write your reply and press Send Response. A polite reply to a bad review goes a long way.
