How to handle online orders (Preparing, Ready, Out for Delivery, Delivered)

Step 1: Open Online Orders

Open the menu above the cart and choose Online Orders. Each order shows where it came from, its status and whether it is PAID or UNPAID. Search, filter by branch, or press Refresh.

Step 2: Update the status

Open the order's ⋮ menu and choose the next step: Mark as Preparing, Ready for Pickup, Out for Delivery or Mark as Delivered. Confirm, and the customer is notified. You can also Cancel Order, Resend Email or Mark for Delivery to send it to a driver.

Good to know

• Press the print icon to print the order for the kitchen.
• Delivery orders also appear in Delivery Management.
