How to go back to the Dashboard from the POS

When you are on the till and need your reports, products or settings, you do not have to close your register. Lock the POS and go straight to the Dashboard - your register stays open, ready for when you come back.

Step 1: Press Lock

At the top right of the POS, press Lock.

Step 2: Press Dashboard

You are now on Select a Register. Press Dashboard just above the registers.

Step 3: You are on the Dashboard

Everything else in Checkmate is here - reports, products, customers and settings.

Going back to the till

Open Point of Sale from the Dashboard, press Continue Session on your register and enter your PIN. Your register picks up where you left off.
