How to configure your marketplace or webstore menu

Many restaurants do not serve the same dishes every day. The daily menu lets you choose which products customers can order on your website and the Checkmate Marketplace for each day of the week, and set the hours you take online orders.

Step 1: Open the POS menu

Open the Point of Sale and press the menu button (three lines) in the row of buttons above the cart.

Step 2: Choose Menu

From the list, choose Menu. The Daily Menu Configuration window opens on today.

Step 3: Set up each day

1. Pick the day along the top (Sun to Sat).
2. Open or closed: switch Open off for a day you do not take online orders.
3. Hours: set Opens and Closes - online ordering is only available between these times.
4. Products: every product with a tick at its top right is on that day's menu. Press a product to take it off - it fades out and is counted as excluded. Press it again to put it back.
5. Copy to day: happy with one day? Use Copy to day... to give another day the same menu and hours.

Press Close when you are done - your changes are saved as you make them.

Good to know

• The daily menu only affects your website and the Marketplace. Your staff can still sell everything on the POS.
• The count at the top (for example "57 products available on Tuesday (1 excluded)") is a quick check of that day's menu.
