How to change your plan, add users and pay your subscription

Your plan

Go to Settings > Financial > Billing. Current Plan shows your plan, users and branches included, the next billing date and the amount.

Paying

Press Pay Now under Pay your subscription when a payment is due (or Subscribe Now during a trial). Manage Payment Methods adds or changes the card on file.

Changing plan

Scroll to Available Plans and press Subscribe to the plan you want.

Extra users

Each plan includes a number of users per branch. Adding a user beyond that adds the extra-user charge to your subscription automatically.

Buy extra SMS or AI credits from the same page when you run low.
