Getting started with Shipping & Courier

Where to find it

Industry modules are part of the Enterprise plan. Open Shipping & Courier from the Dashboard (under Property & Services). If you do not see it, ask your admin to give your role the hotel management permission in User Management > Role Permissions.

First steps

1. Settings - set up your shipping options.
2. Pricing Rules - press Add Rule (for example by weight).
3. New Package - enter the sender and receiver and the weight, then press Create Package & Generate Tracking.
4. Transfers - press New Transfer to send packages to another branch.
5. When the customer collects, press Confirm Pickup.
