Getting started with Repair Shop Management

Where to find it

Industry modules are part of the Enterprise plan. Open Repair Shop from the Dashboard (under Property & Services). If you do not see it, ask your admin to give your role the hotel management permission in User Management > Role Permissions.

First steps

1. Parts - press Add Part for the parts you stock.
2. Jobs - press New Job, enter the customer, device and fault, take a deposit if you like, and press Create Job.
3. Move the job's status along - in progress, awaiting parts, ready for pickup.
4. Billing - choose Select Completed Job: the invoice shows labour, parts, the deposit collected and the balance due.
