Getting started with Gym Management

Where to find it

Industry modules are part of the Enterprise plan. Open Gym Management from the Dashboard (under Property & Services). If you do not see it, ask your admin to give your role the hotel management permission in User Management > Role Permissions.

First steps

1. Plans - press New Plan: name, duration (monthly, quarterly, yearly or custom) and price.
2. Members - press Add Member.
3. Memberships - press Assign Membership, then Record Payment.
4. Check-In - press Quick Check-In as members arrive.
5. Classes and PT Sessions - create classes and book members in; add your Trainers.

The dashboard shows active members, memberships expiring soon, today's check-ins and revenue.
